In order to have complete access to the Juniper Networks Customer Support Center (CSC) online tools, please enter your account data in English characters only. If an account is created using non-English characters, you will NOT receive access to certain online tools located within the CSC including, but not limited to, the Case Manager, Support Activation, Software Download and Product Registration tools. Please note that your distributor can support you in most of these instances.
